My peas are looking great, numerous flowers, but no peas!

  • I have to get off my duff and get a honeybee hive going. I would think we should be able to support at least one hive.

  • I am also going to try shaking the vines a little when it dries out. This may shake out enough pollen to pollinate the one below.

    If it happens with tomatoes, I may use the cue tip method.

  • Maybe all I needed to do was blog about my peas. They are suddenly starting to make at the bottom.

  • The pea crisis is over. Now I get a meal or two worth every day. I have some English peas coming up as well sop maybe they will keep the peas rolling.

    Where peas are usually an addition to a side dish, they ARE the side dish for a little while.
