  • You should get you one; they start at $16.00 on this site and go up! I'm assuming you get what you pay for but for $16.00 I could learn to fly one!

I could use one to follow and deliver a message to the kid that's blaring the base and waking me up thumping the pictures off my walls here on Blue Ribbon about 3pm every afternoon....The message would read "Dearest Dingle; Seriously...not all of us like rap music during our naps, but thanks for the thought! P.S. Brain Up Kiddo! signed: King Dingle"

....BTW if someone out there owns or knows this kid please give a shout out to them for me until I get a drone!...Thanks!

I think the drones would be most handy for a variety of uses...I'm waiting on Fed-X to drone my Christmas orders but I'm not to sure they have gotten that advanced yet. They might eventually eliminate a few good paying jobs!

  • I've dealt with this company before and in fact I may still know the president through my eBay association. (Not sure if he is still prez)

Some of the features need explanation as well, but I think I would be looking at the $1,000+- version. I am looking for real-time visual display, not one to bring back home and then download.

Because of my propensity to bump into things, I would prefer the ones that seem to encircle the blades, but I do not know if they are less efficient.

Sounds to me like you just might be a new drone owner in the near future. Hope the gun shots you heard weren't people trying to shoot down a drone, lol.

  • Well..... unless Santa Clause hits the lottery, it won't happen any time soon.

The first thing my wife said is, "they'll shoot it down". But I am going to have heat seeking stun guns on it. They better be able to run like a deer. :-)

As I write this I am watching vultures circle around a section of woods and they have been doing this for a day or two. Bugs the heck out of me and our dogs. (They don't like them)

A few years ago we found a wasted deer carcass with the head missing. Our ten point 'Bambi' went missing too and the coincidence was pretty convincing.

Maybe those stun guns should be upgraded.

Hummm, Mild mannered stevemills becomes first farm grown extremist! Now they will have to ask for stricter stun gun control laws on Drones, lol.

  • Maybe an air to surface missile, or laser beam? Star Wars must have something appropriate.

Just as long as the air to surface missile or laser beam is pointed back to earth and not in the air that some pilot can see.

  • Star War lasers don't affect anyone except the "Dark Side". :-)

  • I don't think I would do well with a drone. I just know I'd do something wrong with it. Now as far as those late night bass bumping stereos, I believe saw an add in some magazine a few years ago about a device known as a "bass buster" and If I recall correctly, it's about the size of a deck of cards and it is designed to emit a signal that will blow the diodes in an amp when pointed at the offending vehicle. I'm not sure if anything like this is available today, but it sure would be an interesting item to have at about 2:00 AM!

  • Think they might notice a trend of them blowing every time they pass a certain house?

I wonder if you can use those for those marketing call that are not marketing calls. ;-) ooooh, send that back through the phone to zap the automated, computerized computer that is disguising the number?

That might be worth 5 easy payments of $29.95 excluding tax and handling charges. But wait!!!
