Beauty of ice.
I believe I have refrained from using the word that describes this cold season of the year. You know, the one that starts with a "W".
There are redeeming aspects of "W" but not enough to ge me excited about it. Visiting a "W" wonderland is OK, as long as getting to and from is safe and there is a warm place to come in from after the "W" activities but...... I still think I could do without it.
I'm not sure I want continuous Summer though. Thankfully there are two seasons that I do like, Spring and Fall.
Things were not great in the Kingdom this past week. Our new dog and puppies joined up to kill a kitten. I have no doubt who did it, but the "excitement" created by the two puppies probably instigated it.
Spotty is fortunate that I do not like to kill anything and therefore, she is still alive but if anyone has a home without cats, we have a dog for you. Her neutering is already paid for so that can be included if you should want to adopt her.
OTHER than this, she is a great dog. Still a little energetic from being young (10-11 months) but lovable, loyal and very smart. She is aware that she did wrong with the kitten but I don't think I can trust her alone, nor would I take another chance.
She is OK with our grown cats who do not run from her, but the excitement of the chase is just too much for her to walk away.
