What happens, Steve, if you varnish it or stain it or paint it and the National Walking Horse Celebration Inspectors, Investigators and judges and the United States Department of Agriculture want to know where the rest of the Horse is so they can enforce the "Horse Protection Act"? They may call Roto Rooter so they can get to the bottom of it.

You know how the Government is!

Just kidding! After you paint it, put a chain around it and snap a photo and post it on your blog. You won't have to call the USDA, some commenter will call them on you.

  • I'd put a horse shoe on the hoof and keep the whole thing for good luck :) HP

  • You may be right Sui. If I don't make it very clear they wll think i am slaughtering horses.

Add a horse shoe? I like that and think I have one about the right size.
