First photo taken with four and then a fifth could not resist.
We put such a strain on these guys that they are just worn out. Hope no one turns us in being cruel.
They are a pleasure to watch and play with though. Each one has their own personality and we always seem to get one that is just anti-social to humans. BJ (Billy Jr.) still hisses and gets his back up when we approach him. We've been caring for him for months and he sees all the others playing and interacting with us, but to no avail.
He was named after Billy who is a few months older and keeps his distance from us as well, with a few exceptions. Billy does not mind coming close and being petted as long as we do not reach for him and all four paws are on the ground. In other words loving, but on his terms. Interestingly, both are short hair redsand have similar facial features. Yes, there are many differences in cats facial features.
We have two black short hairs about a month difference in age who have opposing personalities. Bart is somewhat aloof and Little B is all over us. They are much harder to tell part, but Bart has a longer tail and Little B has small white spots on his belly. The real "tell" however is the way they interact with us.
