Steve, Before I start on your blog - can you tell John I. Carney - He needs to Change the Blanket on the press that printed Fridays page 9 and Sundays page 9A (Crossword puzzle and comics). Blanket has an impression in it in a couple places and isn't printing. I don't have time to search for his email and my wife is POed.

It's all about Votes! Each Party offers the other party something in exchange for getting what they want without regard to what the people want.

When a Bill is passed it become a Law. That makes it a Federal Law which only applies to Federal Citizens, government employees, Officers and Officials unless there is a contrary intent to include the Sovereign People. In that case there must be an Enacting Clause, naming them!

No document can be a law if it does not have an Enacting Clause that properly defines who wrote the law and what authority they had to write the law. This is done so the reader can determine if he/she is subject to the provisions of the law.

A Mandate is an order by a Sovereign to his subjects. Remember that word being used in Obamacare? Obama being Sovereign over the U.S. Territory of Washington DC and the other U.S. Territories and the 14th Amendment Citizens and Government Employees. Congress MUST Legislate according to the U.S. Constitution when legislating for the Sovereign People of the states.

That means Obamacare should have been constitutional for the citizens of the federal territories etc., but because Obamacare was just one lie after another, Obamacare was Fraudulent and VOID, even for federal citizens. So now you can see that congress and both Parties are fighting to repeal or not repeal something that was never a legal law. Yes, law, because it wasn't an insurance company! Obamacare does not exist legally and yet Congress doesn't know it. We really have some stupid congressmen/women.
