Want to do something to quiet the violence? Stop this movie from seeing the light of the theatre.

  • In a way, yes. Playing up on today’s conflict

Movies and games are about like the news - if it bleeds, it leads. Funny how those Hooeywood types make millions desensitizing the populace to violence and murder, pay for armed guards to protect themselves, yet want to deny us peons the means to protect ourselves. I won't be watching it if it comes out. At least until it is on tv 😀 but probably not even then.

The left claims they want the shootings to stop but they hardly seem sincere. They don't accept the fact that we have been desensitized. All they want to do is deny everyone their rights based upon the bad behavior of a few.

It makes no sense to try to protect us by taking away the means of protection. They think the police will protect us. Well, when a shooting occurs, hopefully someone will call 911. And the popo will get there in time to draw chalk outlines. I prefer to maintain my chances of the chalk not being around me.

  • Kathy Griffin held up a severed head of Trump.

Snoop Dog made a video where Trump was executed.

Broadway plays where Trump dies in the end.

Maxine Waters saying Trump and Pence should be "taken out".

Yet they claim the right is instituting a climate of hate...

Joke of the day: (Sometimes I miss LBR)

Q: What is the difference between a gun and a whiny liberal?

    A: A gun only has 1 trigger.

I don't recall her making a Felicia post. Hopefully she realized the futility of her daily towing of the party line. Possibly moved away. I hope nothing bad happened to her.

Question of the day: How many more defenseless people have to die before we realize being defenseless is not the answer?

  • Releasing a movie about "deplorables" being hunted down, while they work to take away guns.

Wow. Speaking of violence, I'll bet the clintons were surprised yesterday when they learned of Epstein's suicide this morning.

  • WHAT? Supposedly tried suicide, put on suicide watch then conveniently taken off suicide watch to commit suicide?

    Are they kidding?

  • Movies don't kill people. People kill people.... Don't blame the movie, blame the projectionist.

-- Posted by lazarus on Sat, Aug 10, 2019, at 10:20 PM
  • Do they have projectionists anymore?

Come on, laz, I know you know better than that. The projectionist is as responsible for mass shootings as am I or any of the other 99plus percent legal gun owners. Movies kill as many people as guns do. But if you want to limit people's ability to do something, it seems less intrusive to limit their ability to watch something that desensitizes the moral fiber of the person and the country than to limit their ability to save lives. Granted, doing the sensible thing might not make much difference as long as we as a nation sanction and encourage and applaud mass murder on a daily basis as an option preferred to having the adultness to responsibly manage your own sex life. We will never be able to stop mass shootings as long as we place no value on life.

But, then, what do you expect when no one is individually responsible for anything anymore? And why should we be responsible? We have the state to be responsible for anything and everything. All we have to do is sit around, suck air, and be taken care of. Oohhh, there I go again. Letting the sarcasm slip through.

  • The movie is probably being blown out of proportion.

Seriously, what are the chances of people who get triggered from clapping, other loud noises, and gendered pronouns are going to start an armed conflict?

Yelling "SIR!" would make them soil themselves and run for the nearest quiet room.

A video of a democrat socialist convention.

  • Just wanted to give others the chance to laugh as hard as I did.

It would trigger me to have to listen to those stunted growth Darwin resisters for any longer than that clip.

But it is good to know if they happen to gain steam, we can derail them simply by calling them their correct gender.

  • Universal has supposedly decided to cancel release of this “satirical social thriller”. They were originally just postponing it but decided “now is not the right time”.

    DO YA THINK?
