NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SAL E WHEREAS, Tanaya C. Hurt and Micheal Hurt, by Deed of Trust (the “Deed of Trust) dated February 27, 2015, of record in Trust Deed Book 830, Page 809, Register’s Office for Bedford County, Tennessee, conveyed to Access Title & Escrow, Inc., Trustee, the hereinafter described real property to secure the payment of a certain Promissory Note (the “Note”) described in the Deed of Trust, which Note was payable to Wayne Neese; WHEREAS, Said Access Title & Escrow, Inc., Trustee, is unable to act as Trustee under the Deed of Trust, and I have been appointed Substitute Trustee by the owner and holder of the Note by an instrument of record in Trust Deed Book 895, Page 773, Register’s Office for Bedford County, Tennessee; WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the Note; and WHEREAS, the owner and holder of the Note has demanded that the hereinafter described real property be advertised and sold in satisfaction of indebtedness and costs of foreclosure in accordance with the term and provisions of the Note and Deed of Trust. NOTICE TO CREDITORS In the Matter of the Mildred Hazel Hughes, Deceased Notice is hereby given that on March 13 of 2019 Letters of Administration in respect of the estate of Mildred Hazel Hughes, who died 12/15/2018, were issued to the undersigned by the Bedford County Chancery Court of Bedford County, Tennessee.
