During the City workshop Thursday with Shelbyville Planning Commission, new City housing developments were discussed. Though these pictured (back of Winner’s Circle) are grandfathered in within the current comprehensive plan, the planning commission and Council discussed the right to change any future such development regulations under its new plan, which is expected to be approved later this summer. There are some state regulations which cannot change and that was also discussed.
