A teacher at Bedford County Learning Academy has been suspended following his arrest on Dec. 31 in Murfreesboro. Bedford County Superintendent of Schools Dr. Tammy Garrett met with Howard Thomas Collins, 48, of Murfreesboro, Wednesday to discuss the matter.
