Charlie Williams serves as a volunteer and chair of Caregiver Relief of Bedford County. While he has another busy profession, he makes time to organize events that help families needing care of loved ones suffering with Alzheimer's Disease. This is National Volunteer Week, so remember to thank those who serve out of their hearts. The Caregiver Group will have a gospel singing 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Saturday at H.V. Griffin Park.
