Charles Franklin Bowlby Jr., 81, of Shelbyville passed away on Sunday, May 22, 2022 at Vanderbilt Bedford Hospital in Shelbyville.
Funeral Services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 25, at Gowen-Smith Chapel with Brother Bobby McGee officiating. Burial will follow in Cothran Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m.
