Murfreesboro Medical Clinic & SurgiCenter has announced the addition of Lauren Christman D.O. to its Obstetrics and Gynecology Department.
Christman is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist skilled in many areas including robotic surgery, general & high risk obstetrics & gynecology, abnormal cervical cytology, minimally invasive surgery, contraception & preventative care, infertility, menopause management, pelvic health, and endometriosis management. Christman graduated Magna cum Laude from Saint Louis University before receiving her medical degree from Des Moines University. She went on to complete her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology through the University of Kansas at Wesley Medical Center.
Christman began practicing in Murfreesboro in 2018.
"We are thrilled to have Dr. Christman join MMC's Obstetrics and Gynecology Department. Since she has been in Murfreesboro, she has placed much emphasis on providing excellent patient care. That emphasis will allow her to transition seamlessly into her new practice alongside our other OB/GYN physicians," said Murfreesboro Medical Clinic CEO Joey Peay.
When not working, Christman's interests include traveling and touring historical sites. She also enjoys attending concerts, shows, and Nashville Predators games, and spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephew.
Murfreesboro Medical Clinic is a multi-specialty, physician-owned medical practice, committed to offering patients the best of both primary and specialty care within their community. For more information about Christman or to make an appointment, go to mmclinic.com or call 615-867-8030.
