Dave-A-Palooza festival is this weekend

Dave-A-Palooza—a weekend of live Americana, folk and country music—is sure to spotlight new talent, songwriters, locals and award winners. The festival begins at 6:00 p.m., on Friday at 1295 Knob Creek Road just outside downtown Wartrace.
“It’s great music, great fun, until it’s done,” said organizer Ezra Cataldo.
Songwriter Cataldo notes that Dave-A-Palooza is a free, family-friendly event that started in 2019 with about 125 in attendance. Each year since, (COVID did interrupt) the event has organically increased in size, attendance and budget.
Cataldo said thanks to generous sponsors, the event remains free to the public. He hopes all attending will be sure and thank those sponsors.
The festival is situated on about 20-acres (belonging to brother, Dave Cataldo) just outside Wartrace. Ezra added, “Our goal is not only to have all of our family and friends and their friends attend Dave-A-Palooza but to invite guests from all over to experience our community and get to know us, the locals, the businesses, and the arts that make it great.”
