Bill Rich, right, president of Vanderbilt-Bedford Hospital, formerly Tennova Healthcare-Shelbyville, was guest speaker at the Wednesday morning meeting of Shelbyville Rotary Club. Rich stated he's very thrilled with the changeover. He also said he was pleased with capital infusion up front from Vanderbilt. Angi Huffman was program facilitator.
