The State of Tennessee, Department of Children’s Services,
has filed a petition against you for dependent and neglect and for
change of legal custody of Jadelyn Powers, dob: 01/26/2017;
Lucas Powers, dob: 03/09/2018; Scarlett Powers, dob:
06/08/2020; Mariah Powers, dob: 02/03/2022. It appears that
ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because
your whereabouts are unknown. You are hereby ORDERED to
appear in Bedford Juvenile Court on the 31st day of March, 2025
to answer this If you fail to do so, a default judgment will be taken
against you pursuant to Rule 55 of the Tenn. R. of Civ. P. for the
