NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
STATE OF TENNESSEE, BEDFORD COUNTY
WHEREAS, Luis Jimenez Olivares executed a Deed of Trust to
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as
nominee for First Horizon Bank, Lender and Charles W. Ricketts,
Jr., Trustee(s), which was dated September 29, 2022, and recorded
on October 4, 2022, in Book 1067, at Page 647 in Bedford County,
Tennessee Register of Deeds.
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the
debt(s) and obligation(s) thereby secured by the said Deed of Trust
and the current holder of said Deed of Trust, First Horizon Bank,
(the “Holder”), appointed the undersigned, Brock & Scott, PLLC, as
Substitute Trustee, with all the rights, powers and privileges of the
original Trustee named in said Deed of Trust; and
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire in-
debtedness has been declared due and payable as provided in said
Deed of Trust by the Holder, and that as agent for the undersigned,
Brock & Scott, PLLC, Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the power
and authority vested in it, will on June 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the
usual and customary location at the Bedford County Courthouse,
Shelbyville, Tennessee, proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest
and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated
in Bedford County, Tennessee, to wit:
A Certain Tract or Parcel of land located in the Twentieth (20th)
Civil District of Bedford County, Tennessee, which is described
as follows:
Beginning at a corner fence post on the South margin of State
Highway 130, 30 Feet from its center at the Northwest corner of
the Pleasant Grove School property and the Northeast corner of
the property herein described; thence South 8 Degrees 45 Minutes
East 193 Feet to a corner fence post; thence South 1 Degrees East
184.6 feet to a metal pin in a fencerow, thence North 44 Degrees
30 Minutes West 298.0 Feet to a metal pin on the South margin of
said highway 30 feet from its center, thence North 45 Degrees 30
Minutes East 26 Feet to a point 30 Feet South of the center of said
highway, thence North 46 Degrees 30 Minutes East 100 Feet to a
point 30 Feet South of the Center of said highway; thence North
48 Degrees 45 Minutes East 112 Feet to the Point of Beginning,
and containing 0.9 acre.
Being the same property conveyed to Luis Jimenez, an unmarried
man by Warranty deed from Gene Ray and Sheila Ray, husband
and wife of record in Book D358, page 704, Register’s Orie for
Bedford County, Tennessee, dated July 24, 2020 and recorded
on July 29, 2020.

The sale of the property described above shall be subject to
all matters shown on any recorded plat; any and all liens against
said property for unpaid property taxes; any restrictive covenants,
easements or set-back lines that may be applicable; any prior liens
or encumbrances as well as any priority created by a fixture filing;
a deed of trust; and any matter than an accurate survey of the
premises might disclose; and
All right and equity of redemption, statutory or otherwise, home-
stead, and dower are expressly waived in said Deed of Trust, and
the title is believed to be good, but the undersigned will sell and
convey only as Substitute Trustee. The right is reserved to adjourn
the day of the sale to another day, time, and place certain without
further publication, upon announcement at the time and place for
the sale set forth above.
