has filed a petition against you for dependent and neglect
and for change of legal custody of BRAYAN LOPEZ, DOB:
01/01/2007. It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be
served upon because your whereabouts are unknown. You are
hereby ORDERED to appear in Bedford County Juvenile Court on
the 9 th day of December, 2024, to answer this. If you fail to do so,
a default judgment will be taken against you pursuant to Rule 55
of the Tenn. R. of Civ. P. for the relief demanded in the Petition.
