Shelbyville Rotary Club members were given an overview of the Elk River District and the 100th anniversary of the Mldde Tennessee Council of the Boy Scouts of America by Derek Maness, Elk River District Executive. Ivan Jones, club president, left, was the program facilitator. Maness is seeking local residents to promote Scouting in the county. His email is dmaness@mtcbsa.org.
