Shelbyville Woman's Club held its spring meeting on Wednesday with a fashion show getting rave reviews. One important piece of business was how the SWC's scholarship fund was receiving generous donations this year.
As they do a lot of generous work within the community, SWC members must have great shoes for spring. Models stepped into the dining room with several J Jordan Boutique spring styles.
Retired dance instructor Nancy June Brandon modeled a taupe animal print dress with ruffle on collar. She wore a pair of taupe-colored leggins and casual shoes, which gave her a comfortable, yet on trend style.
With all spring's bright colors, the shoes have a metallic or taupe-color with a comfortable heel. Model Lindsay Williams complimented a satin camisole with a frayed-edge cover up. She wore skinny jeans with her heels.
"She just looks so sassy and just ready to go out anywhere," said J Jordan owner Jennifer Thompson. "These shoes are very comfortable; they're Corkys and have a memory foam sole . . . makes them very comfortable."
