NESSEE, Bedford COUNTY WHEREAS, Marco Vinicio Peralta and

Rosa E. Molina Quezada, husband and wife, as borrower(s), executed

a Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.,

as beneficiary, as a nominee for First Community Mortgage, Inc.,

a Corporation, Lender, and Megan K. Trott, Trustee(s), which was

dated 1/19/2022, and recorded on 1/21/2022, as Instrument No.

22000665 in Book TD1040 Page 1-14, securing the payment of a

Note in the amount of $209,632.00 in Bedford County, Tennessee

Register of Deeds. WHEREAS, default having been made in the

payment of the debt(s) and obligation(s) thereby secured by the

said Deed of Trust and the current holder of said Deed of Trust;

Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, (the “Holder”), appointed the

undersigned, Vylla Solutions Tennessee, LLC, as Substitute Trust-

ee, with all the rights, powers and privileges of the original Trustee
