Sue Thomason Maloof, 83, of Georgia peacefully died in her sleep Friday, February 7, 2020. She was a Shelbyville resident during her teenage years in the 1950s. She enjoyed the Celebration and attended each year.
Sue is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Louis N. “Vic” Maloof; sons Gabriel L. Maloof and Noel L. Maloof; daughter-in-law Lisa S. Maloof; grandchildren Audrey N. Maloof, Jackson N. Maloof and Kingston A. Maloof; sister Joan (Fred) Sackleh; brother Ralph (Dolly) Thomason; nieces Suzanne (Mike) Masters and Cindy (Ryan) Richardson; nephew Jim (Gigi) Sackleh.
Funeral services and interment have been held in Georgia. A Memorial Mass and Celebration of Life will be held in mid-April at St. John’s Melkite Catholic Church in Atlanta.
