PUBLIC HEARING
The Town of Wartrace Board of Zoning Appeals will
hold a Public Hearing on the following hearing, pursu-
ant to Wartrace Zoning Ordinance Art. XI, Sec. 11.4(C)
(1) consideration of an appeal from Staff Comments
dated December 9, 2024, from review of a building per-
mit application dated November 12, 2024, for the prop-
erty located near the intersection of Blackman Bou-
levard West (Hwy 64 E), and Sunset Boulevard. The
Hearing will be held on April 16, 2025, at the Town of
Wartrace, 29 Main Street East, Wartrace, Tennessee
at 6 PM. Anyone wishing to view the proposed appeal
may do so during normal business hours at the Town
Office, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM,
with the exception Wednesday, hours from 7:30 AM to
12:00 PM
The appeal from staff comments, and information
on the subject property will be available in the Town
office for inspection. This notice shall be posted in the
local newspaper and other media used by the Town for
Public Notices.
