Samuel Earl Rich was taken into custody Sunday night by the Bedford County Sheriff's Office and Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
The BCSO's initial announcement did not say not say where Rich was found. The TBI issued no immediate statement.
"He was picked up in Murfreesboro," Det. Lt. Scott Jones of the BCSO said. "He turned himself in to BCSO and TBI investigators."
No additional charges had been filed as of 9 p.m. Sunday, Jones said.
