WOODBURY — After a two-week layoff, the Community Viqueens were back on the field and were in prime shape in an 8-0 victory at Cannon County on Tuesday afternoon.
Addison Brothers started the scoring frenzy with a strike 10 minutes into regulation and the Viqueens followed with three-straight goals by Zoey Dixon to take a 4-0 lead into the half.
In the second half, Stevie Dickenson notched the fifth score of the night, while Audrina Bearden tacked on a pair of scores.
Sarah Woolbright finished the night with the final score of the match for the final margin of victory.
Community will be back on the road this evening with a non-district match at Huntland.
