Mrs. Annie June Mangrum Carroll, age 82, of Shelbyville, passed away June 8, 2023, under the loving care and comfort of her family and Alive Hospice.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, June 10, 2023, at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive visitors 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.
She was born June 22, 1940, in Bedford County, to the late Thomas and Flossie Bell Mangrum. She was retired from ResCare Home Health and Peoples Bank. She, and her late husband Bud, loved to play golf. She was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Avery "Bud" Carroll; a granddaughter, Caitlyn Grace Carroll; sister and brother, Trudy Mangrum Downs, and her husband Bobby, and Jo Mangrum, and his wife Helen.
Survivors include her children, Laurie Vinson, Sonia Carroll, Scott Carroll, Terry Carroll (Kelly Feltman), and Eric Carroll; brothers, Porter Mangrum, and his wife Pat, Hollis Mangrum, and Thomas Mangrum, and his wife, Sara; grandchildren, Dustin Carroll, Lexie Vinson (Brad Helton), Taylor Carroll, and Josh Carroll; great-grandchildren, Caitlyn Vinson, Emma Helton, Ava Helton, and Mason Helton.
Feldhaus Memorial Chapel is assisting the family with the arrangements.
