The Bedford County Grand Jury returned indictments Monday charging Jacklynne Taylor, 43, of Nelson Street with financial exploitation of a vulnerable person and one count of theft of property-$1,000-$2,500. Bond was set at $10,000.
Taylor was arrested Tuesday by TBI Special Agent Nathan Massey at a Shelbyville factory where she is employed.
She turned over a small bag of marijuana and drug paraphernalia to Massey and was charged with possession of a schedule 6 drug and paraphernalia.
