Joshua Daniel Beu and Mahala Faith Douglas have announced their engagement. The couple will be wed in November in Seymour.
Mahala is from Bell Buckle and currently attends Carson Newman University, where she has received her bachelor’s in psychology, with a minor in criminology. She is currently working on her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling.
Mahala will graduate in December. She is currently employed with Youth Villages as a Family Intervention Specialist.
Josh is from Rickman. He received his education from The University of Tennessee, where he received his bachelor’s in plant science. He is currently employed with Gettysvue Golf Course as an assistant superintendent.
The couple will make their home in Knoxville.
