Elia Maria Navarrette, age 61, of Shelbyville, passed away April 19, 2024.
Funeral services will be 2 PM Friday, April 26, 2024, at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel. Reverend Lloyd Warren will officiate, with burial to follow in Willow Mount Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors 11 AM until service time Friday at the funeral home.
She was born November 4, 1962, in Puerto Limon, Costa Rica, to the late Efrain and Cecilia Guzman Navarrette. She was a homemaker and faithful member of Victory Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Michael Navarrete, and a sister, Ariam Navarrette.
Survivors include her children, Sheila Marie Navarrette, Talia Navarrete, and Joshua Michael(Alyssa) Navarrette; grandchildren, Jordan Navarrette, Tristan Navarrette, Xavian Navarrette, Alisha Navarrette, Elise Navarrette, Michael Navarrette, Ariel Navarrete, and Madison Navarrette; brothers and sisters, Frank Navarrette, John Guzman, and Helen Mendoza.
Feldhaus Memorial Chapel is assisting the family with the arrangements.
