Old walls are coming down on the former insurance building on Spring Street and new ones are going up for the new Grindstone Cowboy coffee shop. The restaurant is still under construction but owners, who also own a Grindstone Cowboy in Eagleville, opened the doors recently to show public officials and the community the progress. Musical artist Craig Campbell, and family, are currrent owners.
