Mary Kay Independent Sales Director Rachel Kasprzyk of Shelbyville has earned the use of the exclusive Mary Kay pink Cadillac, an iconic symbol of success, and the most coveted incentive awarded by the company.
"I am so excited and proud to lead such an amazing group of women," she said recently. "This accomplishment is something I have dreamed about and worked for. It represents all the many lives changed and dreams realized. It means that Mary Kay's legacy is living on. I am proud to represent Mary Kay and drive the pink trophy on wheels."
Kasprzyk recently took delivery of the new pearlized pink Cadillac XT5 Mary Kay career car at the Stan McNabb dealership in Tullahoma.
Mary Kay independent sales force members earn the use of a pink Cadillac by meeting and exceeding goals set within their Mary Kay businesses. Kasprzyk began her Mary Kay business as an independent beauty consultant in 2002 and as a direct result of her accomplishments, became an independent sales director in 2014. Since, she's provided education, leadership and motivation to other Mary Kay consultants and has as well, according to the Mary Kay company, offered her customers high-quality products.
Kasprzyk said she's mentored by Independent National Sales Director Margaret Bartsch.
Mary Kay independent sales directors can earn the use of a pink Cadillac XT5 or XT6. The career car program also includes Chevy's Equinox, Traverse, Camaro, Colorado and Malibu.
"Mary Kay has continued to provide a rewarding opportunity selling irresistible products and changing the lives of women around the world for 57 years," said Laura Beitler, vice President of sales for Mary Kay Inc. "The use of career cars earned by the independent sales force are just one of the ways our independent beauty consultants are rewarded for their success. We are proud to recognize them for their hard work, entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to their Mary Kay businesses."
Since the Mary Kay Career Car Program's inception in 1969, more than 170,000 independent sales force members have qualified or re-qualified to earn the use of a Mary Kay Career Car. Currently there are more than 3,600 Mary Kay Career Cars are on the road nationwide.
