Neuburn Turner Dunn died at the age of 95 at his home in Shelbyville, TN on December 12, 2020. Services will be held at Jennings and Ayers Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at 10:30 A.M with Jeff Rasnick officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Mr. Dunn was the son of the late Lola G. Hays Dunn and Neuburn D. Dunn. He was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Bonnie Snider Dunn. Mr. Dunn is survived by his son, Thomas Eugene Dunn of Clarksville; daughter, Patricia Ann Kelsey of Shelbyville; and grandchildren, Toni Dunn (Jerry) Underwood of Mt. Juliet, Laura Rueff (Brent) Moody of Shelbyville, Matt (Shawn) Rueff of Shelbyville and Sarah Browning of Shelbyville; brother, Norman Dunn of Lebanon; seven great-grandchildren, Torey Underwood, Taylor Underwood, Morgan Rueff, Mason Moody, Addison Rueff, Grace Moody and Dexter Browning; and nephew, Mike Dunn.

Mr. Dunn was a deacon in the Baptist Church and a member of First Baptist Church of Shelbyville. He served in the United States Navy during World War II and the Korean War. After being discharged from the Navy, he worked for the City of Nashville and several engineering firms for 15 years including, Barge, Waggoner, Sumner and Cannon for 30 years as a consulting engineer. He also worked as General Manager for Harpeth Valley Utilities for over 5 years.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 and from 10:00 A.M. until service time on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at Jennings and Ayers Chapel.

Jerry Underwood, Brent Moody, Mason Moody, David Reuff, and Matt Rueff will serve as active pallbearers.
