Ms. Patricia Bailey, age 62, of Shelbyville, passed away Thursday, September 2, 2021.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, September 11, 2021, at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel. Pastor Odie Lawrence will be eulogist, with burial to follow in Willow Mount Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.
She was born July 25, 1959, in Murfreesboro, to the late Doris Edward Bowen and Patsy Ann Wade Bailey. She was a member of Prosperity Missionary Baptist Church in Murfreesboro.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step father, James Earl Bailey, a son, Barry Bates, a daughter, Kiona Bates, a brother, Michael Bailey, and a sister, Tina Bailey.
Survivors include a son, Octavius Bates, and his wife, Kosha; a daughter, Trianna Bates; brothers, James Bailey, and his wife Flora, and Calvin Bailey, and his wife Gracie; sisters, Wanda Hollis and Lisa Bowen-Demons, and her husband Geno; grandchildren, Mayliasia Bailey and Amari Bailey.
Feldhaus Memorial Chapel is assisting the family.
