Senior Citizens Center gets financial nudge from TN Dept. Disability

NASHVILLE, Tenn.—
The Department of Disability and Aging (DDA) has awarded grant funding to 125 senior centers in Tennessee totaling $5 million.Shelbyville Bedford County Senior Citizens Center is on that list.

There were 125 senior centers that applied for grant funding, and all 125 will be awarded. DDA will be distributing grant funding ranging from $10,000 to $50,000.
