Up to $120,000 in Funding Could Bring 30 free concerts

To the Riverview District in Shelbyville

Posted

Shelbyville has officially advanced to Phase 2 of the Levitt AMP Music Series Grant, a competitive national program that funds free, family-friendly outdoor concerts across the country.
If selected, this opportunity will bring up to $120,000 over the next three years to support 30 free concerts in the Riverview District, located adjacent to the historic Shelbyville Square. The Fly Arts Center will serve as the lead nonprofit organization, joined by strong community partners including The Center for Family Development and Cooper Steel.
“This is more than concerts—it’s about creating a safe, vibrant gathering place for our families, boosting local businesses, and celebrating the heart of our community,” said Aaron White, Program Manager of the Levitt AMP Music Series in Shelbyville.
Community Call to Action
The winners are determined by public voting, and every vote counts. To secure Shelbyville’s place in the final selection, we need widespread participation across schools, businesses, families, and neighbors.
Voting is open from September 5 at 12:00 PM CT through September 15 at 7:00 PM CT.
