If your organization is about trying to help the Opioid

addiction problem, know there is help available. Applica-

tions are required.

The FY26 Bedford Opioid applications are available by

emailing bedfordopioid@shelbyvilleclinic.org.

The applications include:

1. A letter about Opioid Abatement Funding

2. Bedford Opioid Application

3. Bedford Opioid Budget Template

4. Bedford Opioid Work Plan Template

5. Exhibit “E”

The deadline for application submission is April 15,

2026, 11:59 p.m.
