MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee women's basketball team will compete in the second annual Emerald Coast Classic women's basketball tournament this fall.
The event, hosted by Global Sports at Raider Arena on the campus of Northwest Florida State College in Destin, Florida, Nov. 24-25, will showcase eight teams split into two separate pods. The Blue Raiders will compete in the Bay Bracket along with Mississippi State, Providence and Alcorn State, while Nebraska, Virginia, Northwestern State and Purdue Fort Wayne make up the Beach Bracket.
Middle Tennessee will open the event against Providence on Monday, Nov. 24, at 11 a.m. CT. Mississippi State and Alcorn State will square off at 1:30 p.m. that afternoon. The bracket's third-place game is set for Tuesday, Nov. 25, at 11 a.m., followed by the championship game at 1:30 p.m.
All games will be streamed live on FloSports.
