Briar Rose Herbs & Teas currently offers herbal classes for all learning levels. Lessons include vocabulary, herbal history, and HOW-TO’s when making herbal blends. Students have handouts of the class and recipes they will take home. Classes are scheduled, the first Tuesday of the month at Bell Buckle Coffee Shop class fee $10 and second Saturday at Shelbyville Rec Center class fee $15.
