MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee Athletics is proud to announce the return of its popular Seats for Soldiers initiative for the 2026 football season, providing Blue Raider fans with an opportunity to honor and thank U.S. Veterans, active-duty military members, and their families.
Through the program, fans can purchase and donate sideline reserved tickets for Middle Tennessee's Salute to Veterans and Armed Forces Game against the Nevada Wolf Pack on Sept. 19. Tickets are available for just $15 each (regularly $28), and Middle Tennessee Athletics will match every donated ticket, doubling the impact for military guests.
All donated tickets will be distributed directly to veterans, active military personnel, and their families, allowing them to enjoy a special day at Floyd Stadium. As part of the Salute to Veterans and Armed Forces celebration, all military guests in attendance will be invited onto the field at halftime for a special recognition honoring their service and sacrifice.
Last year, Seats for Soldiers received tremendous support from Blue Raider fans, helping provide hundreds of tickets to military families. With strong ties to the military community throughout Middle Tennessee and across the state, MTSU Athletics hopes to build on that success in 2026.
As Americans continue to celebrate the 250th year of our country and reflect on the freedoms made possible by the men and women who have served our nation, Middle Tennessee Athletics encourages Blue Raider fans to consider donating tickets and helping create a memorable experience for deserving military families.
Tickets purchased through the Seats for Soldiers initiative are available for $15 with no additional fees, and every ticket purchased will be matched by MTSU Athletics.
Fans wishing to support the initiative can purchase tickets through the official Seats for Soldiers ticket link by clicking HERE.
Together, Blue Raider Nation can help ensure that our veterans, active military members, and their families are recognized and celebrated on Sept. 19 at Floyd Stadium.
