PUBLIC NOTICE

The Bell Buckle Board of Mayor and Aldermen

will hold a public hearing October 13, 2026, at 6:00

p.m. at Town Hall, concerning the proposed annexation

of property near Lynn Lane, Peacock Street

and Liberty Pike and its plan of services.

The public may comment, and the Board may

consider final approval following the hearing. Three

copies of the plan are available during regular business

hours at Town Hall; information is also available
