Marsha Claudette Hillis was born December 9, 1951, in Shelbyville, to Grady Hillis and Bonnie Watkins Hillis. She left this life peacefully June 4, 2026, in Boynton Beach, Florida.
She attended Shelbyville Mills School in the Mill Village and Shelbyville Central High before moving to Delray Beach, Florida in the early 1970's. However, her heart always was in Tennessee.
She was a huge University of Tennessee and Tennessee Titans Fan. She also didn't miss her NASCAR races either.
Marsha lost the love of her life, Gary Daniels, in 2000, and her sister, Jackie Hillis Rivera of Delray Beach, in 2016.
She is survived by her niece/daughter, Margaret (Margo) Rivera and son, Cody and Chayane Daniels both of Florida; step-brother, Doug and Joan Enos of Mississippi; grandbabies, Jaxon Daniels, Jake Daniels, Angelina, Nino, Ciara, Kira, Sage, Gage Garcia, LiSandra and Karina Diaz, Nerida and Charles Vilfort; special cousin, like a brother, Donnie and Sandra Pilkington; childhood friend/brother, Robert Martin, and dear cousins, Terry Wayne and Darlene Pilkington.
Her heart and ability to love big extended to numerous others she called her "kids and grandbabies."
Funeral Services were held 1:00 P.M., Saturday, June 27th, at Hillcrest Funeral Home with the Rev. Elbert Smith officiating. Burial followed at Willow Mount Cemetery.
Hillcrest Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
