Phillip Ronald Phillips II, 44, of Manchester, died August 9, 2025.
A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m. Friday, August 15th, at
Hillcrest Funeral Home with the Rev. Jordan Bay and Steve Lynn officiating. Visitation will begin at 1:00 P.M.
He was born February 4, 1981, in Shelbyville; a HR Corporate Recruiter and he attended the Experience Community Church of Tullahoma. He was known for sharing his big smile and pleasing personality.
He is survived by his father, Phil Phillips (Oksana), his mother, Pamela Joy Greschel Phillips; two daughters, Aubyrne Phillips and Amethyst Phillips; sisters, Angelica Phillips (Carlos), Stephanie Pape (Graham), Tiffany Phillips; brother, Alexander Phillips and several nieces and nephews.
